I apologise, I'm going through some further tablet malfunctions, so the next few pages will unfortunately be walls of text (I keep worrying about wall of text pages for some reason DX)

However, I have been intending to do this for a while, and hopefully the explanation with some illustrations will help.

So yeah, sit back and learn over the next couple of weeks how mind transferring has affected the GELFs' lives~

Sometimes "Gigantic Wall O'Text" pages are ok so long as they serve a purpose. This one is one of the better ones I've seen. It shouldn't be a problem (at least with me anyway) if you do this for a few pages. I've played a Text adventure game enough to where this doesn't even phase me. Hell it even has PICTURES!

Make sure you VERY CLEARLY label your mental upload, or you might be replaced with popular 70's bands.

Enjoying the comic! Looking forward to more. :D

I agree, nothing wrong with a wall of text if it's descriptive enough it paints a picture in your own mind :) Sometimes a bit of description is needed to flesh out the topic!

Btw, a real world fact you may or may not be interested in:
Modern magtapes have MUCH longer predicted "shelf life" than most other kinds of media. Eg. LTO tapes should still be readable after about 100 years of being kept in controlled climate.
And have a very good physical size/data capacity ratio.

I did not know this! :D Thank you for this info, I may have to keep it handy for future reference.

wouldn't it make more sense to simply restrict the data transfer rate to a more spacious modern storage device? a computer is very much capable of such precision work

Too logical and not as funny.

I'm afraid that logic in these matters is my specialty

I feel similarly myself, but sometime I remember one thing: "Don't seek logic where there isn't supposed to be one".

Dunno, walloftext is good for me, for a change from usual too. And this is good one too. But I'm kinda infosponge and good enough with ANY well-served information, be it images or text.
